Web Modifier Team ("we", "us", or "our") provides the iOS version of Web Modifier (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected through the App, how it is used and shared, how long it is retained, and the choices available to you.
When the App requests configuration or core functionality from our servers, starts a trial, or reports an in-app purchase result, it may send the following information:
Payment card numbers, bank account details, and Apple Account credentials are handled by Apple and are not received by us.

The App stores some preferences and records in local app storage. The persistent app device identifier and trial start time are stored in the iOS Keychain so trial eligibility can be maintained; Keychain data may remain after the App is uninstalled, subject to iOS behavior.
If you contact us by email, Telegram, or another support channel, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details. This information is used only to respond to your request, investigate an issue, and maintain appropriate support records.
Web Modifier is a browser that lets you navigate the open web. When you enter a search term or web address, that information is sent directly to the search engine or website you choose in order to load the requested content. Websites may receive your IP address, cookies, browser information, and information you submit to them, and may collect data under their own privacy policies. We do not control third-party websites or their privacy practices.
If you enable Custom Webpage Location, the coordinate you select may be provided to the webpage you are visiting as its requested browser geolocation. That webpage may collect or use the coordinate under its own privacy policy. The selected coordinate is not uploaded to our servers. If you use the current-location button, iOS location access is used only to center the map picker. Map content is provided using Apple MapKit, and Apple may process MapKit requests according to Apple's privacy terms.

The App does not contain third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. We do not access the Apple advertising identifier (IDFA), use collected information for targeted advertising, or track your activity across apps and websites owned by other companies. We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may disclose only the information necessary for the following purposes:
Any service provider that processes user information on our behalf is required to provide the same or an equivalent level of protection described in this Privacy Policy and may not use the information for its own advertising purposes.
We retain server-side identifiers and trial information only while reasonably needed to operate the service, enforce trial eligibility, prevent fraud or abuse, and address disputes. Purchase records may be retained for the period necessary to provide and restore Pro access and to meet accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and legal obligations. Technical and support records are retained only for operational, security, support, and legal needs. We delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed for these purposes, unless a longer period is required by law.
You can clear search history and webpage cache using the controls provided in the App, and delete saved webpage modifications from Modification History. Other local app data is generally removed when the App is deleted, except that iOS Keychain data may persist as explained above.
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information held by us, email ckk6666666@163.com. Include your app user ID (available in the App's developer information page) if possible so we can locate the correct record. We may ask for reasonable verification and will respond within the period required by applicable law. We may retain information that is required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims, and will explain any applicable limitation.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
The App is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices, features, or legal obligations change. We will update the effective date above and provide an appropriate notice when a change materially affects your rights.
